Black Note Return Policy?

The return policy for Black Note is valid for 30 days. After this period, refunds or exchanges are not offered. If an incorrect product has been ordered or an exchange is desired, the responsibility for return shipping costs and the shipping of the new product falls on the customer. For items over $75, it is suggested to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Returns should be sent to: Black Note3857 Birch St. Suite 192, Newport Beach CA 92660.

If the wrong item is received, it will be exchanged at no additional cost. Contact should be made with an image of the incorrect product and the packing list for a free return label and immediate dispatch of the correct item.
